Project Introduction

Located in Hongqiao fashion industry cluster zone, Shangfu T PLAY actively responds to the construction promotion plan of Hongqiao fashion creative industry cluster. Relying on the industrial advantages of Changning District and Shangfu group, with the theme of "fashion + technology", it is committed to building a new industry cluster in the old venues, presenting a modern urbanized creative office space through scene construction.

Shangfu T PLAY is located at No. 1291, Zhongshan West Road, Changning District, near the intersection of inner ring elevated road / Wuzhong Road, and the intersection of rail transit line 4 (line 3 / 4 / 9 / 10). It can reach Hongqiao Airport and Shanghai station within half an hour by car. With a perfect transportation network, the project can reach very high accessibility.

Facing the increasingly diversified and younger Z generation experience economy wave, this paper discusses the integration of free artistic spirit and situational experience through insight into the current culture and phenomenon.

In terms of space creation, the combination of color aesthetics, geometric composition, soft decoration and other elements is used to continuously interpret the visual upgrading of office space. As a whole, a large space is left blank and a small space is given a package of color to create a modern and fashionable art place.
