1/Project Overview

Quban Baiyulan is located at 928 Qiqihar Road, Yangpu District, adjacent to Jiangpu Park. It is situated within the inner ring and close to the North Bund, with convenient transportation. It takes a 3-minute walk to reach the Jiangpu Park subway station on Line 12.

The site where the project is located was formerly known as the "Business Printing Park Creative Park", with a historical and cultural heritage of over 100 years. The overall design is a combination of Chinese garden style, Huizhou style, and minimalist industrial style. The overall greening level of the park is very high, with an aerial garden and a three-dimensional garage, creating an oxygen park.
